TuS Neukölln was one of 17 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Hermsdorf Cup 2017. They participated with one team in Female Senior.

In addition to TuS Neukölln, 9 other teams played in Female Senior. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof TuS Neukölln could be found in Group B together with SC Alstertal-Langenhorn, VfB Hermsdorf, BG 2000 Berlin and TSC Spandau.

TuS Neukölln made it to Playoff after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Tiergarten ISC 99 with 37-43. Thereby TuS Neukölln finished second in FE_SE Playoff during Hermsdorf Cup 2017.

TuS Neukölln also participated in Female Senior during Hermsdorf Cup 2016. They reached the final in Playoff 1 , but lost it against Weddinger Wiesel with 35-44 and ended up in second place.

Neukölln originates from Berlin, which is the same city as where Hermsdorf Cup takes place. The area around Berlin does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Hermsdorf Cup 2017 (Among others: BG Zehlendorf, BG 2000 Berlin, VfB Hermsdorf, TSC Spandau, Friedenauer TSC, Hellas Basket Berlin, SV Neukölln 09, BG Zehlendorf e.V., TuS Lichterfelde and Berliner SC).
